Music

Music has been part of people's lives ever since. For many centuries the history of music lived on, from early stone age up to until now. music has become another form of communication. Different cultures had made different music instruments that creates music. It is believed that the voice of a woman was the first response to the sweet melodies that came from the beatings of the drums. Most cultures consider music as an important aspect in their lives. It also have an influence on the way they dress, eat, communicate and their believes. it has also become another way of making money,There are a number of multi millionaire companies based on the production of music. Music artists gain the respect from their fans and get to taste the waters of fame.Their are also awards held every year to award those who did good and the fans get to vote for them.Though it has good outcomes and also has its side effects, it could bring intolerance among people, eg gangs or crews are formed.

During concerts thousands of fans die, many at gate entrances like back in the days when a Pop star singer Michael Jackson performed Thriller, thousands of fans died because of overcrowding. Such incidents are still taking place in modern days.

Man Hacked Toddler Son To Death''Botswana Gazette''

You know how could someone be so cruel, murder their own blood!. A person who is biologically programed to love his own blood does a horrible and most barbaric act to his son. Its more like committing suicide. Life is the most precious thing ever and therefore should be valued. No one has the right to take life only God. Every one deserves the right to life, what Mr Modise mokwadi's did should be punishable by death. An eye for an eye, that's my opinion on the subject there is nothing to waist time.

People like him are not welcome to the society, they create a bad image to the community and people feel insecure around them. I disgust him, if it could be this bad then there is nothing to hope for,may be we are approaching the end of the world. I sympathise with the innocent child, he was denied the right to life by his own father. My feelings towards achieving a brighter future are stirred up, its like i am having a confused mind. i believe a father and his son should have a very strong bond together. Looking at the fact that there are both men, a father should take care, teach and guide his son. if it so happen that there may be misunderstandings or a conflict between the two, a father should sit down with his son and try solve their problems. its easy if the father shows interest and love to his son. We should all be strong enough to handle whatever the world throw at us, we should be tough.

Music Is Me

One thing that i am really passionate about is Hip Hop music. I have fallen in love with the music ever since i was a kid. my brothers were real hip hop addicts so i also got the addiction from them. My favorite hip hop artist is Lil Wayne 'Michael Dwayne Carter' . i am obsessed by him ,the way he perform on stage, his interviews, and the way he dress. His music has influenced me into becoming a rap artist. Most people find it difficult to believe that it is me they see on TV. I have a released album back home in Botswana and from what i heard my music is quiet selling big. So far i have a video playing on national television, channel O, MTV Base and hopefully i would be getting awards next year. i also have two more videos on stand by ready to be realized by the end of December. Music has been my forever true friend and now that i am into it i am planing on making money. Coming to Malaysia was also one great opportunity because there are high chances of me getting exposed to international market. My first performance in Malaysia was during the Mr and Miss Limkokwing 2008. That was one of the best days of my life.

MATSIENG FOOTPRINTS ''HULK''

Matsieng footprints is an archeological site located in lowe near mochudi.Legend tells the story of Matisieng, a giant creature and ancestor of the Tswana, who led his people and animals from the centre of the earth to inhabit the world. This happened long ago when the rocks of the earth were still soft and the footprints of Matisieng, his people and their animals are outlined in the ancient sandstone rock at this site.
The hole, from which Matisieng is said to have emerged, is over 4 metres deep and filled with water.According to myth, Matsieng wiggled his way from the waterhole, followed by all of the animals that would inhabit the world. Because he was a giant, and the rock beside the waterhole was quite spongy at the time, Matsieng left a rather large footprint behind as he wandered off for his ensuing adventures on earth. Apparently he returned to the waterhole from time to time with his progeny. His are not the only footprints that remain enshrined in the rock. This has become a tourist attraction to Botswana.

MONEY
When talking about wealth the first thing that comes to my mind is ''money''.
Money is at the top of the list because it categorises how wealthy a person is. It could either be according to his/her monthly salary or income made in a period of time. The more money you make the more you become wealthier, ''like they say money can buy you power''. being wealthy means having excess to almost every desired wants and have satisfied needs at all times. Whereas being poor means you have limited wants and probably unsatisfied needs. People can be classed according to how wealthy they are. we have the upper class; those who are referred to as the rich, the middle class and the lower class also known as the needy.

MY PAST EXPIRENCES ABOUT ENGLISH

Oh! what can i say,it was quite hectic learning english the past 12 years of my education. It was like learning to walk ,it dont just happen so easily. I had to work hard and put more effort in my school work. The best part of learning english was,i could use the knowlegde in so many ways. I learned to communicate with others including foreigners and what i figured out about my self is that i'm very good in speaking than writing english. Where i come from english is one of the most spoken language so it was worth learning the language and it is recognised as an international language. I also have a habbit of reading magazines and novels, my friends use to call me a 'book worm'. This helped me a lot, i managed to improve my grades as time passed by. My english teacher in high school believed in me and she knew me well, though at first i kept failing she never gave up on me. she gave me the courage and believe it or not 2006 i scouped first price in best student in english. 2007 was like my down fall, two months before my final examination, my english teacher was transfered. We reached the final lap without a teacher i was so confused to be honest and my grades slightly declined. I did ok! but i belive i could have done much better. i believe learning english is a continuos process and practice makes perfect so i am proud of taking my english classes in my tertiary level.
